Mini House League (U3 to U8 born 2010-2005)
Youth Competitive (must have been chosen to a team) Please include 2 copies of the information sheet if you need a receipt.

You can drop forms off with payment (no cash please) in the mailbox at our office or mail it with payment to PO Box 1322, Kemptville, ON, K0G 1J0.
If you wish to pay by cash please contact our Registrar or register at one of our in-person dates at the Ferguson Forest Centre:

Saturday Feb 16; 10am – 1pm

Saturday Mar 2; 10am – 1pm

Wednesday April 10; 7pm – 9pm

Thursday April 11; 7pm – 9pm

Friday April 12; 7pm – 9pm

Saturday April 13; 10am – 2pm (last day to register before the $25 Late Fee will be added)
