Photo Day Schedule

For the Summer 2017 season, all team and individual photos will be taken on their regular game night the week of  Saturday June 10 to Friday June 16.

-All players will receive a free copy of their team photo.

Q: When is photo day?

A: Your regular game day the week of June 10 to 16.

Q. Will there be an opportunity for photo’s if my son/daughter has missed the designated photo day?

A: Yes, players who missed their regularly scheduled team session will be done the following week. Please send an email to photo@kemptvillesoccer.com no later than June 15 if you need a time. Please note that any absentees will NOT be in the team photo.


Q: Should my son/daughter be dressed in their soccer uniform?

A: Yes, all players must come dressed. Players that are given a soccer ball should have their soccer ball with them.


Q: Where do I get the order form?

A: The order form will be handed out by the coach to their players, extras are available in the red shed at South Gower Park.
Please complete your order form PRIOR TO ARRIVING for your team photo session.

Q: When should my son/daughter arrive for the photos.

A: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your photo time.


Q: How do I pay for my photos?

A: Credit card information can be provided in the appropriate section of the order form, a cheque or exact change can be enclosed.


Q: What is the process?

A: Upon arriving at the field, please look for your team. Only players with a completed order form and payment will have an individual photo taken. Players will be provided a card with their name and a barcode on it. Depending on the readiness of the team, the photographer may take a team photo first, or may begin with individual photos.


When the photographer indicates they are ready for individual photos, all players with order forms, payment and the barcode card will line up. The documents will be provided to the photographer (or their assistant) just before the player has their photo taken.


Q: How long should the process take?

A: The process will take about 15 minutes.


Q. When will we receive our photos?

A: The photos will be delivered to the club approximately three weeks after the photo day. Photos will be made available at the field for pick-up by the parents, who will be asked to sign a form indicating they have received their photos.  


Q. Why should players participate in photo day?

A: A free copy of each team’s photo will be provided to every player in the team photo. The club also displays all team photos at the clubhouse, and provides club sponsors with plaques that depict our teams.
